What is Enodifusion?

Wine tourism and wine tasting of Castilla la Mancha wines

We are leaders in wine tasting in our city, Toledo, and one of the largest references in wine tourism and its diffusion in our region: Castilla la-Mancha.

In our classroom and wine bar, we propose a wine tasting as a tourist activity to show why the wines of our land, being 12% of the world wine production, are also superior wines in terms of quality. (We also offer cheese tastings and olive oil tastings)

Our tastings are always directed (Basic tasting steps, type of grape, terroir, winemaking, winery …). The wines that we propose in our daily tastings (although you can choose from more than one hundred and fifty references that our wine cellar has) usually belong to four large singular wineries of our region and that serve as sponsors of our project:

Finca Loranque winery located in Bargas
Dehesa del Carrizal. Winery with ‘paid wine’ located in the Montes de Toledo, Cabañeros Park
Martue Winery with ‘paid wine’ in La Guardia, Toledo
Finca Constancia. Winery in Otero belonging to the Gonzalez Byass Group , Tío Pepe
